Traditional Japanese green tea powder tea produced in the Uji region (Kyoto prefecture).
Light green powder with a distinct green tea flavour and a slight maritime note. Thick foam with delicate creaminess and a slight, barely noticeable bitterness. The aftertaste is long, pleasant, with pine notes. Even with a strong infusion does not give an astringent effect.
Matcha tones and refreshes. A good tea for a brisk morning.
