The dry leaves are greenish-yellow in colour and pressed into a tea cake. The aroma of the dry tea is grassy and hay-like, with a slight floral note. The infusion is light yellow in colour, the aroma of the finished tea is fresh and grassy, and the taste is slightly tart and sweet.
