A classic green tea flavoured with jasmine flowers.
Only the top two leaves of the tea bush, harvested in early spring, are used to make this tea. During processing, the tea leaf is mixed with jasmine flowers, which swirl into beautiful snow flakes when brewed.
The aroma of the dry tea is fresh, floral, herbaceous. The infusion is transparent, golden-green in colour. The flavour of the finished tea is fresh, spicy-floral, slightly rough, oily. One can feel soft coolness, sweetness, refreshing light bitterness. The aftertaste is long, floral, sweet-minty.
