Hand-pressed Sheng Pu Erh.
The medium tea cake is easily disassembled into brown flagella of twisted leaves with thin stalks and silvery buds. The flavour is restrained, subtle, woody, with a subtle tobacco note. The transparent infusion is the colour of ochre.
The tea bouquet is aged, multifaceted, fruity and balsamic with notes of apricots, prunes, dried apples, spicy herbs and wood resins. The aroma is complex, fruity and balsamic. The flavour is dense, soft and smooth, silky, with a slight tartness of grape skin, nuances of spices and a long aftertaste.
The state is strong, meditative, contemplative. Exclusive Sheng Pu Erh for special occasions.
