Sheng Pu Erh from the Pa Sha Mountain of the Menghai region.
The tea cake consists of a fine brown leaf and many silvery buds without cuttings. The infusion is bright, clear, the colour of apple juice.
The aroma is subtle, fresh and light. The finished infusion is sour-sweet and grassy. The flavour of hot tea has a lot of bitterness, but as it cools down it becomes sweeter, fruitier and more delicate. The aftertaste is fresh and sweet.
An everyday light Sheng for hot days. The tea relaxes the body and mind.
Tea cake weight: 357 g.
