This method of tea production reveals the taste and aroma of tea leaves from an unexpected angle. A bright floral and spicy aroma is combined with a light hint of charcoal. The infusion is reddish-brown in colour, with a velvety and enveloping aroma, with notes of cinnamon, pepper, vanilla cake, tart orchid and sweet dates. The aftertaste is soft and long, with a subtle peppery note.
