An unusual, deep, enchanting rock oolong with a juicy, rounded, intoxicating aroma. The taste is thick and oily: cream with fragrant pepper, toasted bread, cinnamon and cocoa — and a light fruity sourness with sweet honey in the background. The maximum flavour is revealed in the third infusion, when a pleasant tartness appears in combination with subtle smoky notes. The aftertaste is long, warm, spicy and chocolatey.
