Description
Reviews
Taiwanese cross-twisted oolong tea with an emerald green colour and a beautiful name that hints at the picturesque nature of its place of origin.
When warmed by breath, it releases a fresh aroma of herbs and flowers with a subtle hint of creamy sweetness. The infusion is pearly, light green in colour and oily. After the first pour, all hints of creaminess disappear, and the bright aroma of fresh greenery dominates. The taste is thick and dense with an intriguing sourness of bergamot and lily. There is a languid sweetness of lilac, hops and unripe apricot. The aftertaste is persistent, fruity with a slight saltiness.
A state of calm and peace, a relaxed body and a clear mind.
