Taiwanese variety of the Jin Xuan (Golden Flower) tea bush, heated on fruit tree charcoal. Large caramel-brown cross-twisted knots with small stems. When heated, the aroma of baked milk, burnt caramel and biscuit can be detected.
A dense golden-coloured infusion. After the first pour, tobacco and cigar notes are added to the aroma. A thick, viscous taste with the soft sweetness of creamy caramel, shortbread, figs, and a slight tartness of tea rose and mint. The aftertaste has moderately sweet tones of boiled condensed milk.
The tea is satisfying, filling you with calm, harmony and good intentions. It relieves anxiety and fills your heart with joy.
