Oolong produced using the Dong Fan Mei Zhen tea technology: during the growth process, the tea leaves were bitten by cicadas, which gives the finished tea a certain muscat sweetness.
The emerald-coloured leaves with reddish-brown veins in areas of high fermentation are rolled into hemispheres with short stems. Inside lies the most delicate representative of the world of oolongs.
The sparkling, spicy sweetness of the dry leaf is replaced by soft floral waves in the warmed gaiwan. The taste of the finished tea is balanced, pleasantly spicy, fresh and light. There are notes of creaminess, citrus zest, white grapes and candy.
A bright, straightforward, but far from simple tea. It is pleasantly relaxing and warming.
