A strongly fermented, medium-roasted oolong tea, one of the four famous pressed teas from the Wuyi Mountains.
Dark, fairly large leaves. A bright aroma of pepper, prunes and steak. Spicy, verging on pungent. A warm scent with notes of nuts and orchids.
The infusion is dark amber in colour. The taste is strong, soft, with a slight astringency and a fruity note, slightly spicy, with a hint of sourness and a dry smoky undertone.
There are hints of bread and roasted almonds. In the bowl, there is an aroma of vanilla and cinnamon buns.
An incredibly diverse tea, perfect for a cool summer. Noticeably dries the mouth.
