The flavour is rich and sweet. The dry leaf has more dessert notes, while the finished infusion reveals honey and fruit. The tea tastes like a warm fruitcake: apples, lingonberries, honey and a little nutmeg. The texture of the tea is soft, the aftertaste is sweet, not long.
