Organic Taiwanese GABA oolong from a small rural town in the western part of Nantou County.
Loosely twisted cross-tight tea. The leaf is dark brown-green with a medium-sized stem. When warmed up with your breath, you can feel the bright aroma of cinnamon, pastries and ripe fruits. The infusion is dense, golden in color. The delicate taste has a soft sweetness of cinnamon, red apple, pastry with raisins and a little vanilla. Pleasant sourness of tea rose and mandarin. The aftertaste is in similar combinations of fruits and spices.
