Tea from a nature reserve in the central part of Taiwan, Chiayi County, Ali Shan Tea Farm.
Medium-sized spherical twisted leaves of all shades of green with tiny yellowish stems. When warmed by breath, a pleasant sweet and sour aroma of baked apple is noticeable.
After the first infusion, warm gingerbread notes appear in the aroma. The infusion is oily, thick, and amber in colour. The taste is sour like green apple, bergamot, orange peel, and tea rose, sweet like red apple, pastry, dried apricot, and vanilla. The aftertaste is sweet and sour with a hint of an apple pie.
At the bottom of the tea, we find already opened flashes with elastic, fleshy leaves with mineral damage. The heating and processing of the leaves was very delicate and perfectly matched by the master, which allowed the tea to reveal its best side.
The effect is very noticeable, the tea relaxes the body and collects and accelerates the mind. Excellent muscle relaxation and a calm, balanced and concentrated mind. Tea for any activity in the afternoon.
