Medium fermentated oolong with natural curling.
The taste and aroma of this oolong is the result of green cicadas attacking the tea leaves: the insects bite the leaves, triggering the fermentation process and giving the tea a special fruity aroma. Production is completely clean, organic and pesticide-free.
Only the most expensive raw materials are used to make the tea: young tea buds and two leaves, which contain the maximum amount of essential oils.
The aroma of the dry tea is floral, fruity, fragrant, spicy and caramel. The infusion is transparent, with a delicate creamy hue. The taste of the finished tea is complex, soft, velvety, and gradually unfolds. It has notes of berries, flowers, the sweetness of grapes with a slight sourness, and the delicacy of an éclair (it is not for nothing that this tea is also called tea cake). The aftertaste is soft, slightly tart, refreshing and invigorating.
A pleasant oolong for evening tea and romantic encounters. Refreshing and relaxing.
