Lightly roasted and lightly fermented oolong from the Song Po tea farm, which is unique in that the raw materials are grown at low altitudes.
Light green hemispheres with a warm floral aroma. When heated, the leaves become subtly spicy and dessert-like, with notes of buckwheat honey, acacia, pumpkin seeds and orchid.
The infusion is light, yellowish-bamboo in colour. The taste has a pleasant balance between shades of juicy herbs and roasted seeds, with hints of lime and a little cashew. The floral and spicy notes on the exhale make it similar to Gui Fei. An excellent budget alternative.
A soft and delicate tea. Relaxes well and warms the body.
