Tea from the stems and leaves of the African shrub Aspalathus linearis.
Infusion of rich red or orange colour with a bright unusual aroma and a pronounced sweetness in the taste. It does not contain caffeine, so you can drink it even in the evening.
Rooibos is prepared by steeping or infusing in a porcelain or glass cup; water temperature of about 90 °C is suitable for this tea. Rooibos can be brewed three times.

How to brew:
1-2 teaspoon pour hot water, temperature 90-95°C, brew 5-10 min. Milk and spices can be added to the finished drink.
