Deep, sweet, translucent taste with a slightly salty, light wheat sourness. It is pleasant to drink on its own and quickly warms you up to the point of perspiration. An excellent substitute for evening herbal teas or as a mood-lifting drink on a cool summer day.
It can be brewed in a gaiwan with pours, or you can add a couple of grams to a 400 ml teapot and pour boiling water over it.
