Reviews
Similar to chamomile in appearance and aroma, chrysanthemum flowers differ significantly in taste. Sweet, cereal-like, with a delicate, dense texture and an aftertaste that fades into a light coniferous bitterness. Chrysanthemum is delicious when brewed as a decoction or added to other teas and blends.
How to brew:
For a decoction, take 3-4 grams per 0.5 litres of water at a temperature of 70°C and steep for 10 minutes.
