A wonderful tonic drink made from mountain herbs.
Ingredients: Ivan-chai (Chamaenerion angustifolium), fir needles, pine buds, Kuril tea.
A drink with a rich colour, aroma and tartness. Normalises metabolism and intestinal microflora. Used for flu prevention, it has a calming, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and diaphoretic effect. Improves blood supply to the brain.
How to brew:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1–2 tablespoons of the mixture, steep for 20 minutes, strain. Goes very well with honey.
