Kokeicha tea is based on finely ground konacha tea, which is made from sencha and kabusecha tea. The fine tea fractions used are those separated by sieving during sorting. The finely ground tea is mixed with water to produce a dough-like or paste-like mass. This paste is then placed in a special extruder and long strips are pressed through fine holes, which are dried and cut into shavings.
Thanks to this technology, the infusion when brewed turns out translucent, rich yellow-green colour, with the aroma of sea freshness. The flavour of the infusion is sweet, with notes of broccoli, spinach, bamboo and a slight sourness of red currant. There is a touch of seaweed and iodine flavours.
The finish is light, airy. Soft, smooth tone.
