Description
Reviews
A post-fermented Georgian tea pressed into small bars.
On warming up, the aroma of damp forest floor and beetroot from the cellar appears. Dark infusion with ruby hues, almost opaque. Notes of liqueur, beetroot, blackcurrant and tree bark are felt in the soft and draughty flavour.
The tea gives a moderate amount of energy, a lot of warmth, collectedness.
