Taiwanese GABA oolong, made from the small-leafed Qingxing Ganzai variety, which is traditionally intended for making green teas.
Uneven, tightly twisted knots of dark brown color with a matte sheen, the aroma of the dry leaf is caramel-sweet, with notes of baked fruits. The taste reveals ripe plums and apricots, a subtle honey note and minerality.
We recommend brewing in porcelain or ceramic dishes with water at 90°C to reveal the maximum taste and aroma of tea.
