White tea from Yunnan province, made from raw materials from large-leaved straight-trunk trees. The main difference between this tea and the famous Fujian white teas is that it is withered and dried not in the sun, but indoors.
The aroma of the dry leaf is delicate, dry, with subtle fruity notes. The infusion is golden-yellow with a dense, sweetish aroma of peaches and heather honey. The taste is soft, sweet, without astringency and bitterness, with floral-honey, creamy notes, light stone bitterness and tea dryness in the throat. Fresh, enveloping aftertaste with a slight sourness.
Refreshes well, lifts the mood, relieves nervous tension and comfortably tones. Suitable for infusions, infusion in a thermos and cold brew.
