Gaiwan

Gaiwan is a traditional Chinese teapot, consisting of a bowl, lid and saucer. In Chinese culture, gaiwan has a symbolic meaning: the bowl symbolizes man, the lid symbolizes heaven, and the saucer symbolizes earth. Together, they symbolize the harmony between man and nature.

Gaiwan is used as an alternative to a teapot: it is easier to maintain, allows you to brew tea using the pouring method. With a gaiwan, it is easier to control the brewing time and temperature, as well as the strength of the infusion.
