Teapot Xian Yuan Hu, Yixing clay, 125 ml

A small teapot of the classic Xian Yuan Hu shape.

Thanks to high-temperature firing, the surface of this teapot turned out to be slightly rough, tactilely pleasant, like natural stone. The clay is porous, but without glaze — this means that over time the teapot will absorb tea oils and accumulate flavor.

It is well suited for brewing shu pu-erhs, red teas or northern Fujian oolongs. The volume of the teapot is designed for a single tea party or tea party for two.
