Reimbursement Policy
Hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to exchange or return the goods. You do not even need to indicate the reason for the return, although we would appreciate it if you tell us.
If you want to exchange or return the goods:
- The goods must be new and unused.
- Contact us by e-mail and inform us that you want to return the goods. Indicate your order number and its value.
- Pack the goods together with the receipt and send it to the address: NB Stellar Group Sp. z o.o., Al. Jana Pawła II, 11, p. 409, Warsaw 00-828.
- After receiving the goods, we will refund your money or send you the desired goods.
- Goods in vacuum packaging cannot be exchanged or returned after opening the packaging.
Information on the right to withdraw from the sales contract
Right to withdraw
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), a Customer may withdraw from the sales contract remotely without giving reasons by sending a corresponding statement by e-mail within 14 days from the date of receiving of the goods. To comply with this deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement of withdrawal before the expiration of the deadline. The period for withdrawal expires 14 days from the date on which the Customer or a third party indicated as the Customer received the goods into possession. In the case of an order for several goods delivered separately or in batches, the period is 14 days from the date of delivery/receipt of the last product or batch.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify NB Stellar Group Sp. z o.o. (Al. Jana Pawła II 11, of. 409, Warsaw, 00-828, +48 538 405 624) of its decision to terminate this agreement. The withdrawal can be made by e-mail: info@tea-mail.pl.
Consequences of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal from this agreement, the Store will immediately return all payments received from the Customer, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs incurred as a result of the Customer choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Store), and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are notified of the Customer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Refunds
The Store will return the payment in the same way that the Customer used for the original payment, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a refund by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Customer. In any event, the Customer will not bear any costs in connection with such a refund. However, please be advised that the Store has the right to withhold the refund until the goods are received or until the Store receives confirmation of the return, whichever occurs first.
Return of goods
The Customer is obliged to return the goods immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date on which the Customer notified the Store of their withdrawal from this agreement. This period is considered to be met if the Customer returns the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period. The goods must be properly packaged to ensure that they are not damaged or otherwise reduced in value. The Customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. Therefore, goods cannot be returned by cash on delivery or in any other way that would require the Store to cover the costs of return. The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods as a result of handling them in a manner that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
