II. Purposes of data processing
We process personal data:
- to the extent necessary to establish and properly provide services provided electronically;
- to conclude an agreement and fulfill Customer orders for goods from the assortment of the online store, to execute the agreement, to exercise the right to withdraw from the agreement;
- to consider complaints and to compensate for damages in the event of withdrawal from the contract (return of goods);
- to fulfill obligations provided by law, in particular tax legislation;
- in the case of a subscription to a newsletter — to provide newsletter services.
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, the lack of consent to our processing of personal data may prevent us from providing services electronically and you from making purchases in the online store.
III. Legal basis for processing personal data
Since the purposes of data processing vary, the legal basis for data processing by the Operator may also vary. We process personal data on the following legal grounds:
- In the case of using the online store — for the conclusion and performance of a contract — the legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR;
- In the case of a complaint or termination of a contract — the legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR — performance of a contract; and Article 6 (1) (c) — performance of obligations provided by law;
- Fulfilment of a legal obligation — the legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
- In the case of subscribing to the newsletter, the legal basis is consent — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Due to our legitimate interests, we may process personal data for the following purposes:
- for the operation of the online store and to the extent necessary for the creation and proper provision of services provided electronically — Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c) of the GDPR;
- for archiving (evidence), which is our legitimate interest in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, as well as for storing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts — Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR;
- for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending against legal claims, which is our legitimate interest in this regard — Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR;
- for analytical purposes — to create analytical reports and reports for internal purposes, for planning and developing the Administrator's activities, including the processes of forming the Administrator's reputation, for optimizing and improving the service for users of the website and online store — the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
IV. Who can be the recipient of personal data?
In connection with the implementation of business activities that require the processing of personal data, such data may be transferred to other entities. In particular, personal data may be transferred to the following entities:
- organizations providing IT services and software,

- organizations providing postal or courier services, organizations for which the transfer of data is necessary for the performance of an agreement,

V. Duration of personal data processing
The period of data processing by the Operator depends on the legal basis and purpose of processing.
- in the case where processing is necessary for the conclusion and performance of an agreement, the data will be processed until its termination;
- in the case where processing is based on legal norms, the processing period is established by law;
- in the case of data processing based on the legitimate interests of the Operator, the data is processed for the period necessary for its implementation, or until a justified objection to data processing is filed;
- if consent is given, the data is processed until it is withdrawn.
VI. Personal data supervisory authority
Please note that the supervisory authority for the lawfulness of personal data processing is the Chairman of the Personal Data Protection Authority.
VII. Data subjects' rights
In accordance with the provisions of the law, data subjects have the following rights:
- to access, correct and rectify their personal data;
- to delete their personal data;
- to limit the processing of their personal data;
- to transfer their personal data — if the data processing is based on consent, an agreement and is carried out automatically;
- to object to their processing;
- to file a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Chairman of the Personal Data Protection Authority;
- to revoke consent to data processing at any time.
