A well-known early tea variety in China, which is revered every year as the first harvest tea in Zhejiang Province.
Small plates of all shades of green emit the aroma of pumpkin seeds, asparagus, wild grasses and meadow flowers. The infusion is light, olive in color. After the first steeping, the aroma becomes brighter, green and vegetable shades appear. Bright enveloping taste with the sweetness of freshly cut grass, spinach, broccoli, lilac and green banana. Subtle unobtrusive sourness of basil, plum and violet. A pleasant sweetness is felt in the voluminous aftertaste.
The tea perfectly refreshes, awakens and saturates, with all its lightness it has a powerful, but smooth and gradual tone.
