Green tea, rolled into small balls and flavoured with jasmine flowers, unfolds, filling the air with a sweet aroma. When preparing this tea, the top leaves and buds are carefully picked, mixed with jasmine flowers, dried, and then the flowers are removed by hand. The tea leaves are saturated with the aroma of jasmine and release it into your cup.
The dry leaves have a light floral, spring-like aroma. The taste of the infusion is mild, sweet, with a delicate aroma. The tea is wonderfully refreshing in the heat, and in winter it warms, tones, invigorates and lifts the spirits.
Jasmine Pearls are best brewed in a large teapot or tall glass cup, pouring boiling water over them and waiting 2-3 minutes.
In China, jasmine symbolises femininity, sweetness, grace, elegance and attractiveness. Indian jasmine, one of the most fragrant varieties of jasmine, is widely used as a natural flavouring and aromatic additive to green tea.
