Tea from an organic farm in North Brabant, summer harvest 2021.
The dry olive-green leaf is curled into a long, thin tendril. The aroma is delicate, herbal, with hints of summer flowers. The infusion is clear, greenish-milky, with an unusual seaweed aroma and a delicate creamy taste with a slight acidity. The aftertaste is slightly tart and citrusy.
