A tea for lovers of puzzles and complex flavours.
Taste and aroma
The dry aroma is greeted by unusual woody tones, simultaneously sour, spicy and salty, all together most reminiscent of a pleasant brine with distinct notes of dill seeds. The aroma of steamed leaves continues to surprise: light fruity notes transition into heavy roasted vegetable notes with sea salt notes. The flavour is no less interesting and complex — there is a clear leading note, it sounds high and at the beginning of the sip, and most of all reminds of sweet nut milk, and the middle of the flavour opens up with woody notes. The brew is not dense, the flavour is distributed harmoniously, has a distinctive balance, the aftertaste is sweet and pleasant. In the process of brewing the tea is levelling out, gaining richness.
This tea is a good example of how interesting and unusual blends can be.
