Appearance
Shu Pu Erh made from fine raw materials, moderately pressed. The beautiful dark brown tea cake with red flashes breaks neatly.
Taste and aroma
On warming with breath, the dry leaf gives aromas of camphor, chocolate, wet wood and nuts. With the addition of boiling water, a dark, almost impenetrable infusion is obtained. The flavour is soft and thick. The sweetness of cocoa, dates, nutmeg, walnuts and vanilla is palpable. With spills a pleasant bitterness of coniferous bark, cloves and a little bit of stale leaves emerges. Mineral salinity is present. The aftertaste is sweet, with bitterness and a hint of prunes.
Effect
Pu Erh for every day: tasty, not tremulous, simple, affordable.
