Description
Reviews
Strong woody aroma with notes of smoke, fermented grapes and papaya. The aroma of the dry leaf is sweet, with sorrel and nettle sourness emerging when heated. The infusion is cloudy, with floating crumbs — a strainer should be used.
The flavour is smooth, dense and tart, with notes of soaked almonds and dried herbs. In the aftertaste the bitterness turns to sweetness.
A simple drink for every day. It can be brewed in a teapot or in a mug.
