Taiwanese oolong tea with a strong warming effect, sprinkled with ginseng powder.
The dry leaves smell like bookbinding glue and bread with jam, while the aroma of the steamed leaves is reminiscent of melon ice cream. The taste is enveloping, warm, pumpkin-melon, with a lingering aftertaste of ginger and honey. The strong heating manifests itself in the form of hot caramel, giving the taste relief and density. There is no hint of charcoal.
A warming oolong for every day. Perfect for cosy gatherings and cold evenings.
Before roasting, the leaves are sprayed with ginseng root infusion, and during roasting, they are sprinkled with ginseng powder. To bring out all the properties, brew with boiling water and steep for 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
