Long, twisted dark tea leaves with an amazing aroma and taste.
When warmed by breath, floral and fruity notes are detected with a slight accent of freshly roasted, still hot oily nuts. In the gaiwan, the same flowers and fruits are detected, complemented by baked notes and a pleasant grapefruit sourness.
The infusion is very delicate and floral, with hints of peach and sweet almond. The chahai has the scent of spring, blossoming trees, calm and joy, awakening and inspiration. Even when cooled, the chahai has the incredible sweetness of strawberries in cream.
The taste is very smooth, with soft nuances: flowers, bergamot, apricot, a pleasant hint of bamboo, osmanthus, jasmine and rose. The steamed leaves exude the essential oils of jasmine and tea tree.
After the third infusion, a pleasant dryness and slight roughness appear, but mixed with sweetness, this leaves a pleasant impression.
A state of lightness, harmony and relaxation.
