North Fujian oolong from the Wuyi region. The tea was hand-picked, then underwent classic processing (withering, shaking, fermentation, rolling, shaking) and single heating on charcoal.
Deep, balanced aroma with floral and fruity notes. The infusion is bright orange in colour. Thanks to the delicate roasting, the taste retains fresh green tones that are not usually found in rock teas. The first infusions have a slight bitterness of greens and berry notes. Subsequent infusions reveal woody bark and baked notes, with the aroma changing to cane sugar and fallen maple leaves. Pleasant floral and fruity aftertaste.
The tea is refreshing and relaxing. Ideal for a warm autumn evening.
