Organic GABA oolong made using red tea technology from the Jin Xuan variety. Produced in the village of Mingjian, Nantou County, Taiwan.
Naturally twisted leaves with twigs, black and brown in colour. Yellow-red infusion colour.
The aroma is of berries, prunes and honey. The sweet raspberry flavour gives way to a strawberry aftertaste, complemented by light rye nuances — a juicy balance of sourness and sweetness. The tea has a silky texture and is easy and pleasant to drink.
It relaxes and warms you up nicely.
