Strongly roasted oolong tea from Wuyishan.
Elongated, medium-sized black tea leaves with aromas of dried fruit, plum, caramel and pepper. When heated, the leaves reveal notes of chocolate, prunes and the tartness of walnuts.
The infusion is amber in colour with a sour taste of cherry plum and peach, almond notes, drying, tannic, with a special ‘rocky’ sourness. The aftertaste is full-bodied, pleasant, long, with spicy notes.
It calms, relaxes, relieves stress, and improves mood. A worthy addition to your tea collection.
