Kudin has a wide range of healing properties: diuretic, antipyretic, detoxifying, anti-inflammatory and bactericidal, normalises lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, normalises blood pressure, reduces blood sugar levels, improves digestive system function, and is an antioxidant.
How to brew:
Pour 150-200 ml of water at a temperature of 75-80°C over 1-2 sticks. The first pour should be short, 20-30 seconds, gradually increasing the brewing time by 10-20 seconds to reveal the full bouquet of flavours and beneficial substances. Kudin is best drunk without adding sugar or other additives so as not to spoil its unique taste.
