A caffeine-free drink made from light Tatar buckwheat.
It looks like wood pellets with a distinct biscuit aroma. The infusion is bright yellow, slightly rough, with a taste of biscuits with bran, caramel, boiled condensed milk and honey.
A cosy drink for evening tea.
