Aged North Fujian red tea made from raw materials used for Wuyishan Oolong Mei Zhan.
The dry leaf is uniform, brownish-black in colour with aromas of baked goods, fruit, cigars and rum. The infusion is cognac-coloured with a bright sweet-sour taste with notes of cocoa, raisins and rum cake.
Strong in character, with a pronounced melody of age.
