Greenish-purple buds are harvested from 200-300-year-old wild trees in the highlands of Fengqing Province.
When warmed by breath, a light aroma of Yunnan rose, hops and flowering herbs can be detected. The infusion is pearly, pale green in colour, with a delicate fresh taste with notes of spinach, rose and wild flowers.
It is a long-lasting drink that creates a cosy atmosphere. It awakens and fills you, giving peace to the mind and weightlessness to the body.
We recommend steaming the buds: first pour boiling water over them for 30-40 seconds, then use water at 80°C and steep for ten seconds, increasing the steeping time by 10 seconds each time.
