A unique white tea from wild trees in Thailand that are over five hundred years old.
The aroma of the dry leaves is complex and multi-layered, with notes of floral nectar, biscuit and vanilla.
The pearl infusion is greenish-white in colour and viscous. The taste is delicate and multifaceted. There are hints of Golden Key lemonade, rich pastries, vanilla, alpine flowers, lychee, and fresh peach. The aftertaste is subtly floral. The flavour profile is reminiscent of Dong Fan Mei Zhen from Xing Zhu.
The tea holds its infusion well and does not lose its richness for a long time. A masterpiece that is unlikely to leave anyone indifferent. Gastronomic pleasure, calmness, peace, balance and harmony between the inner and outer worlds.
