White tea from Fuding County.

Only the top two leaves and a bud from the tea bush are used to make this tea. The dry leaf is quite large and brittle, brownish green in colour. The aroma is mild, herbaceous-floral, slightly spicy. The infusion is clear, clean, golden-green. The taste of the finished tea is delicate, sweet, floral-grassy with a slight acidity, moderately rich. One can feel baked apples, meadow flowers and herbs, vanilla and dried fruits. The aftertaste is short, fresh, floral and berry, sweetish.
